Michael Stephany Jr is the Head of Service Provider Partnerships at BRYCER, where he leads efforts to strengthen relationships with the contractors in BRYCER's network. In this role, he works closely with fire protection professionals to continually improve The Compliance Engine, BRYCER's fire and life safety compliance platform, and to help drive better business outcomes for service providers across the industry.
Before joining BRYCER, Michael owned and operated a fire protection company in Chicago, giving him firsthand experience with the day-to-day realities contractors face in the field. After selling the business, he brought that perspective to BRYCER, where he now serves as a bridge between the platform and the service provider community it supports.
